Ehsaas Rashan Program is an initiative of our former Prime Minister Imran Khan during Covid 19. During the quarantine, the poor are starving because they cannot go to work. The Prime Minister took cognizance of the issue and immediately announced the Ehsaas Rashan Plan 2020 along with PTI President Chaudhary Parvaiz Elahi.
The mission of Ehsaas Rashan mission is to help poor Pakistanis by giving discounts to grocery stores through Ehsaas cards and giving them Rs 1,000. Later, when people asked for more money, the amount was increased to Rs 2,000. The program provides an 8% subsidy to low-income earners as well as store owners so they can help those in need.

The first way to apply for the Ehsaas Rashan scheme is to send your CNIC number to 8123. Send your CNIC number to this number and you will be notified about your eligibility. After that, simply visit the 8123 official portal and you will be asked to provide additional information to complete the registration process. After registering, you can go to a nearby store and buy what you need there.

I am sure many of you have benefited from BISP (Benazir Income Support Programme) which provides financial assistance to poor people. You are lucky because there is another Beanzir Rashan program that has been launched similar to the Ehsaas Rashan program.
It will help people buy food by getting discounts and monthly payments. You need to enroll in the program through the NSER survey, which is a new registration method offered by the Ehsaas program. To register for NSER, visit the BISP office and fill out the survey. Once you complete the assessment, you will be enrolled in the Benazir Rashan Programme.
